1. About these terms

This website is operated by GenX Technologies PBC through its enterprise division, GenX Enterprise Solutions. These Terms of Use apply to access to genxenterprise.com and its published information and downloads. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the website

The website introduces our approach, services, products, delivery record and contact details. Our scope includes protection and monitoring systems, fleet technology, IT infrastructure, supply, process improvement, custom business systems, websites, apps, AI coaching and automation. Services are scoped for each engagement.

3. Enquiries, quotations and contracts

An enquiry starts a discussion and does not create an order or a commitment to deliver work. Website information is not a binding quotation. Scope, price, taxes, availability, timing, payment, responsibilities, acceptance, support, warranties and any licensing or ownership arrangements are confirmed in the applicable quotation or agreement. The agreed engagement terms govern that work if they differ from these website terms.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the website and download our published profiles for legitimate evaluation of GenX’s services, including internal procurement review. You must use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate another party or submit information you are not entitled to share. Security testing requires our prior written authority and agreed scope.

5. Intellectual property

GenX branding and original content belong to GenX Technologies PBC or their respective rights holders. Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners. Downloading a profile does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to modify, resell or publicly republish it. Contact us for permission beyond legitimate evaluation and sharing for the purpose of an enquiry.

6. Information, availability and illustrations

We take reasonable care with published information and may correct or update it. Specifications and proposed solutions require confirmation for the actual project. A product-family range does not guarantee current stock or prices. Service illustrations show the kind of work offered and must be read with their accompanying descriptions. Delivery records and supply relationships do not imply endorsement of every GenX service.

7. Digital products and services

Custom software, ERP, POS, websites, apps and automation are delivered under project-specific terms. Those terms define features, integrations, testing, security responsibilities, deployment, data handling, licences, ownership and support. AI coaching supports practical use of tools; AI output should be checked for the task and does not replace professional judgement. These website terms do not grant a software licence or promise a particular commercial outcome.

8. External links and services

Links may lead to independent providers, including WhatsApp and other contact or technology services. Their own terms apply. We do not control their availability or content. A link does not by itself imply endorsement. Check the destination and its terms before providing information or using a service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in relation to the website and our business activities. You should provide only information relevant to your enquiry and be authorised to share it. Project-specific data handling is addressed in the applicable agreement.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accessible but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or freedom from every error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for supplied products or contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement and law.

11. Governing law and resolving concerns

These website terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. If it cannot be resolved, it may be referred to a competent court in Zimbabwe, subject to any mandatory rights or applicable agreement. This does not prevent a complaint to a regulator where legally available.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and publish an updated date. Changes apply to subsequent website use and do not automatically amend an existing signed engagement. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or to GenX Technologies PBC, Shop 15, 63 Speke Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe. Telephone: +263 775 897 955.
